River City Athletic Club, Inc.

Organization

1.	The organization operates under the name, River City Athletic Club, Inc. (RCAC).
2.	The organization is incorporated in the State of New Jersey as a Non-profit Athletic Club under Title 15A:2-8 New Jersey Domestic Nonprofit Corporation Act.
3.	The RCAC is registered with the New Jersey Youth Soccer association (NJYS) and has been given permission to operate a travel soccer club.
4.	The purpose of the organization is to foster national (local and non-local) amateur sports competition.
5.	The organization shall accomplish their purpose through Club (Travel) Teams that shall compete in various amateur youth sports league(s) throughout New Jersey and tournament competitions in and out of state as appropriate. In addition to league and tournament competition, the Club shall provide various training activities to develop its players' soccer skills in order to better compete.
